Tibet's most beloved yogi — Milarepa, who wore only cotton in the snow and lived on nettles until he attained enlightenment in a single lifetime — rendered in delicate calligraphic line by Jamyang Dorjee Chakrishar. Bold verses of his life story and songs of realization flank him on both sides. A deeply inspiring piece for practitioners, students of the Kagyu lineage, and anyone who loves the greatest yogi Tibet ever produced.

About the Artist: Jamyang Dorjee Chakrishar is a Tibetan master calligrapher born in Lhasa. His work — termed "Dharma Art" by Lama Zopa Rinpoche — uses calligraphy to depict Buddhist deities and sacred texts, encompassing the Buddha's body, speech, and mind. His pieces serve as meditation tools and have been exhibited internationally, with collectors including Richard Gere, Robert Thurman, Michael Imperioli, and Chef Eric Ripert. He divides his time between New York and Sikkim.
